The primary responsibility of this role is to onboard new finance, brokers businesses, reactivate old accounts and conduct onboarding training of our credit policy and how to use our online broker portals.MONEYME is a disruptor in the finance space and we do things differently compared to other lenders. This Business Development Manager role focusses heavily on growth and less about account management and workshopping deals as we have another support team that manages the relationship with existing brokers.To be successful in this role you must have the following:Experience in the broker and finance industry with experience in business development, ideally with a focus on broker acquisition in the personal lending or asset finance space.Strong experience in consumer lending either from a broker or lending business perspectiveOutstanding communication skills - both written and verbalProven ability to achieve sales targetsAbility to work autonomously and complete tasksExperience in using tools such as DocuSign for contract agreements and a CRM system to log your sales pipeline activityHave a positive, inclusive and collaborative approach to workAbility to go above and beyond to help MONEYME clients and customersHave the confidence to challenge and strive for continual improvement and growthBe a relationship builder with the ability to initiate and drive conversationsStrong time management and organisational skillsExcellent networker and impeccable on personal presentation to represent MONEYME at broker eventsWeve got a big year ahead with exciting product developments and big growth targets to achieve.
