Your new opportunityThis opportunity will see you maintain and control the Associations Accounts Payable process end to end. But that''s not all your expertise will extend to being an integral link between RAA external suppliers and various internal RAA business units. In addition, you will:Process End of Month tasks and accruals.Prepare Corporate Credit Card cost allocations per detailed procedures.Reconcile supplier statements to the Accounts Payable ledger as received and follow up any inaccuracies.Follow through and resolve supplier/account payment queries promptly and accurately.Provide support and relief for accounts staff as required.Plus, much more, found in the position description here.About youWere seeking a confident, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
