In this unique role you will be responding to any service requests to maintain the operational effectiveness of our Gaming Machines, Electronic Table Games and any other ancillary based technologies.This will be a fast paced, highly interactive working environment where you will be taking direction from a variety of internal stakeholders, therefore sound communication, organisational skills as well as strong sense of integrity is required.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Perform the servicing, repairs & reporting on all electronic gaming equipment including but not limited todaily planned maintenance tasks (cleaning and testing equipment)fault finding and repairs of faulty equipment (workshop repairs)installation, commissioning and upgrades of equipment & softwareasset registration, location auditing as well as auditing performanceDelivering exceptional customer experience whilst liaising with internal/external stakeholdersFollowing established OHS and compliance policies and procedures, as well as identify/mitigate risksAbout youYoull bring the following:Relevant Electronics/Electrical trade certificate, other qualifications in Electronics, Electronic Telecommunications or I.T preferred but not essentialExperience in fault finding & maintenance of electronic equipmentExceptional attention to detail & problem-solving skills as well as strong written & verbal communicationDedication towards outstanding service whilst working in a team as well as autonomouslyAbility to work a 24/7 rotational rosterAbility to obtain a Casino Special Employee Licence (required Police Check and Credit Check)Additional InformationApplications Close: Sunday 23rd February 2025What you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
