Our focus is on delivering quality first aid training, founded by current and practising healthcare professionals who provide practical, in-depth answers based on clinical evidence and personal experience.Role DescriptionThis job is to trial a full-time role for a First Aid Instructor at Respond First Aid located in Blacktown, NSW. The First Aid Instructor will be responsible for delivering quality first aid training, emphasising the reasons behind first aid actions (the WHY), and ensuring students have the confidence, skills, and knowledge to provide effective first aid. Additionally, supportive duties such as inventory management and client relations are expected during any downtime.QualificationsCertificate IV in Training & Assessment or higher (as determined by the RTO 90909)Communication and teaching skillsExperience in training individualsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work autonomously, with initiative and drive, as well as part of a teamExperience as a healthcare professional is strongly encouraged but not essential; willingness to learn and be mentored by one is essentialExperience in the healthcare or education sector is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
