Be a key part of the Sydney team, gaining exposure to client management, risk solutions, and placement.Role Overview: Reo Group are recruiting for an ambitious and technically capable Account Executive for a fast-growing Corporate Specialty Insurance Brokerage in Sydney. You will support a corporate portfolio of accounts whilst taking on your own relationships over time, providing exceptional service to Clients, Account Managers, and Directors both locally and nationally.The role will focus on servicing, providing technical support, and technical broking expertise to a large book of Regional, National, and Global accounts.Responsibilities:Support risk transfer advice and guidance to organisations within a specialist sector across Industrial Special Risks (ISR), Liability, Management Liability, and Contract Works.Build trust and integrity with key markets, ensuring high levels of customer and underwriter experience, helping to tailor coverage for both simple and complex organisations.Attend industry events, conferences, and sector events representing the business as a key member of the broking team as required.Work alongside an enthusiastic team of brokers and share your knowledge and know-how with more junior members of the team, while learning from exceptional Account Directors.Constantly pursue industry and technical knowledge to support your own development in account and broking excellence.Candidate Profile:You will be a Corporate or Commercial Broking Account Executive or Account Broker with a strong grounding in Property and Casualty Insurance.Candidates must demonstrate a high proficiency with ISR, Public and Products Liability ideally with some exposure to heavy industries such as Engineering, Construction, Energy, Natural Resources, Manufacturing, or Plant & Equipment.Demonstration of consistency and advancement within your career, showing some level of loyalty in a past role.High attention to detail with a strong time management and organisation philosophy.
