You will be joining a national team of 70+ Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.Your responsibilities as a Regional Manager will include:Supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex cases.Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required.Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback.Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training.Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases.Developing exceptionally well-written reports and management plans that incorporate useful and cutting-edge strategies and interventions.Driving growth and market share in your region.You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS offices.Work-Life BalanceThe ORS executive team really believes in the benefits of a healthy work-life balance.
