Our customers, which include some of the most respected brands in the food industry, rely on our expertise and commitment to safety in order to deliver on their commitments.Job DescriptionWhat youll DoAs the Corporate Systems Analyst, you will support the existing HR and ERP systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The main responsibility of this role will be to provide BAU System Support, Change Control Support, and Ad-Hoc Project Support. Our current system landscape includes Oracle HCM & ERP, Dayforce (HR, ERP & Payroll), UKG Workforce Ready/Kronos (Time & Attendance), Salesforce (CRM/Customer Master), and ServiceNow (Ticketing & Query Management).What Experience and Education You NeedEssential: Systems experience: HCM Oracle or Kronos.Desirable: Dayforce would be advantageous.Intermediate Excel Skills.Minimum 4 years experience in an administration role.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach.Prior experience as a functional member with mid to large scale HR technology projects for system upgrades, enhancements, and working on cross functional project teams.Industry background is flexible; experience in HR systems support is key.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.Ability to pay close attention to detail.Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to solve complex problems.Must have a very strong customer service orientation with a high sense of urgency in meeting objectives and deadlines.Physical RequirementsRequires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions.Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching or bending.Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work.Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks.May require travel by automobile and airplane for business.May require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
