This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both teaching and high-quality, impactful research on key assessment policy and methods. The successful candidate will collaborate within a dynamic research team, engage in national and international projects, and enhance the Centres quantitative research capacity.Your ResponsibilitiesDesigning, conducting, and analysing research projects, including data collection, report writing, and presenting findings to diverse audiences.Developing and reviewing curriculum, preparing and delivering lectures and seminars, and providing timely feedback to students while supporting their academic progress.Supervising and assessing students, including those on placement, and contributing to the coordination and administration of subjects and programs.Engaging in scholarly activities, publishing research, applying for funding, and contributing to national and international conferences while fostering professional networks in the field.Who We Are Looking ForYou are a highly collaborative and adaptable individual, able to work effectively within a research team while also demonstrating the initiative and independence to drive your own projects forward. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
