We recruit competent and positive-minded people who share our core values - entrepreneurship, team spirit, leading by example and authenticity and our commitment to sustainability.ABOUT THE ROLE:Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, this exciting opportunity will support the growth of LOccitane Australia by contributing to the overall digital marketing strategy from campaign and content development, execution, and reporting across all owned and affiliate platforms.Key Responsibilities:Manage activities and initiatives according to the digital marketing commercial planCollaborate with in-house designer and support the development of assets required for all digital channels (social media, paid ads, website/mobile, eDMs)Manage and improve online content/copy that is SEO compliantDevelop weekly and monthly reports on conversion metrics across website using Google Analytics, SFCC, and various digital platformsMeasure the commercial performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics toolsDevelop reports and share monthly insights with the wider team to develop optimisation plansOwn all website updates, including landing page creation, and SKU management.
