Reporting to the National Business Manager, the National Account Manager will support in the development and execution of customer business plans to deliver agreed business performance targets within the Instore Bread category for Woolworths.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account manager with strong analytical and relationship-building skills to play a key role in maintaining and growing our relationship with one of Australias largest retailers.Key accountabilities include:Maintaining a collaborative working relationship with the customer to drive improved engagement, efficiency, and value creation for both parties.Review and manage sales performance, build and maintain strong relationships in your daily dealings with Woolworths contacts, as well as working collaboratively with all required internal departments and stakeholders to deliver against agreed strategies to drive growth and value for both parties.Engage the customer on actionable insights, category performance and other key metrics to drive joint business growth.Manage & analyse sales forecasting and own collaboration between customer and internal demand planning teams.Work in partnership with our product development team to ensure best in market product is presented at tender and maintained throughout our supply partnerships.Drive innovation opportunities through the development of category and shopper insights through to compelling customer proposals.Work closely with the bakery specialist team to create initiatives to drive instore value.The successful applicant will possess:Minimum 5 years account management experience in the Retail Channel is mandatory.Food Industry experience is preferred, however not essential.Private Label portfolio/product experience, preferably gained within Woolworths categories.Proven experience in high-level negotiations, with excellent presentation and communications skills.Proven analytical experience in scan data such as Quantium, Mintel and IRI to translate into insights and actionable growth initiatives.Large scale supply contract account management.Forecasting of perishable products.Accountability for results with a client orientation.Strong ability to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across all levels and internal teams such as NPD, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations.What is in it for you:Our culture is warm, friendly, and inclusive, and we encourage each other to bring our authentic selves to work.Work/Life balance.Access to EAP.Access to onsite swimming pool/tennis court (Head Office Only).Free morning Barista-made coffee and yummy treats.Free onsite parking.At Allied Pinnacle, we are committed to fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment where you can thrive.
