Whatever it might be, we have a position for you!GYG SEAFORD will be opening June 2025, with training to commence as soon as possible. Our opening management team is mission critical in setting up our restaurant for success, and we need you to help us.Position DetailsRestaurant Manager - will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant.Assistant Restaurant Managers - youll be responsible for a particular system within the restaurant as well as supporting the daily management. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.Shift Leaders - are responsible for effectively leading the team during specific periods of trade and motivating and engaging the team on shift, by championing our food safety and food quality standards.
