This role is pivotal in driving change and transformation through targeted inspection programs, addressing non-compliance, and building trust in the VBA as a leading regulator. Collaborating with internal teams, government departments, and industry stakeholders, the Head of Inspectorate oversees strategic planning, resource allocation, and divisional operations. By promoting continuous improvement and innovation, the Head of Inspectorate strengthens regulatory impact and supports reforms that deliver better outcomes for Victorias building and plumbing industries.About youYou possess the ability to develop and implement strategic plans, utilise data to identify trends, proactively manage issues, and employ systematic thinking to ensure the delivery of impactful outcomes that influence the behaviour of industry participants.
