Daily your role will include:To manage outlook emails / diary and schedule meetings as requestedManage and prioritise administration tasksComplete sales administration activities - (e.g. prepare comparable sales, appraisal files, submission letters, marketing campaigns, etc.)Prepare and complete administration and compliance tasks as required.Maintain property files and ensure all files are compliant with current legislation.Co-ordinate and prepare all relevant documentation required for new listingsAttend meetings with clients, trades people, building and pest inspections etc. as requiredAttend OFIs and private inspectionsWork together with your direct manager to provide efficient and timely output for marketing campaignsProduce weekly progress reports for vendorsLiaise with solicitors and conveyancers as requiredOperate and manage Box & Dice databaseAssist with preparation and delivery of client gifts as requiredPrepare property and data and PDOL reportsTo be successful in this role you will need to possess:Minimum 1 years experience in a sales role supporting senior agents will be highly regardedDemonstrated administration experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailExcellent communication and time management skillsStrong customer focusWell-developed networking skillsA can do, positive attitudeAgents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Property ServicesCurrent drivers license and access to your own vehicleKay & Burton has much to be proud of - but nothing more so than its people.
