Your responsibilities include handling our ticket system, invoicing for service work, and managing the warranty process.Key Responsibilities:Manage incoming service calls and emailsCoordinate with QA department to ensure complianceFollow international ticket system proceduresCoordinate maintenance and repair work with service partnersProvide quotes for equipment breakdowns and repairsMaintenance Contracts:Respond to customer requests and ensure service faults are fixed per agreementsAnalyse data and recommend operational improvementsSchedule maintenance contracts and ensure timely completionLiaise with service partners to ensure compliance with maintenance agreementsMaintain a database of Maintenance ContractsCustomer Service and Support:Provide basic technical support via phone and emailHandle customer service inquiries and complaintsArrange training seminars and product demonstrations with service partnersStay updated on technical issues and service developmentsAdministration:Generate and reconcile customer and service partner invoicesEnsure service partners have updated contracts and technical informationMaintain service partner consignment stockCompile monthly national activity reportsMaintain accurate databases of service issues and partnersOHS and Quality Improvement:Contribute to a safe working environmentComply with company policies and proceduresSupport company quality systems and recommend process improvementsThe Successful ApplicantWhat We''re Looking For:Experience in a similar roleSAP and HVAC experience highly desirableProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong analytic and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to prioritise, plan, and organise effectivelyDetail-oriented and customer-focusedAbility to work autonomously and communicate with cross-functional teamsReady to take the next step in your career with a company that values innovation and quality?
