Reporting to the Cluster Groups, Meetings and Events Manager, the key responsibilities of this role are the following, but not limited to:Customer service and the event ambassador and point of contactHandle Event, Conference and Meeting administration and managementOrganise Groups and Accommodation reservationClient management and business development including clients meet and greet and site inspectionsQuality AssuranceInternal and external stakeholders'' liaisonProfitability and achieving sales targetsAbout YouHave full Australian Working Rights and preferably is physically in WAPrevious experience with groups, conference and event sales and coordinationExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills with great attention to detailGreat salesmanship with a passion for successAbility to work under pressure at all times, manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesA degree or certification in hospitality, tourism, event management or another relevant business field would be advantageousWHAT MAKES US SPECIAL IS WHO WE ARE, AND WE ARE HILTON!H ospitality I ntegrity L eadership T eamwork O wnership N ow #J-18808-Ljbffr
