Our people are important to us and we offer a number of fantastic benefits including:Flexibility with the hours you work, and where you work themEmployee training and continuous development programsUp to 5 weeks annual leave and holiday buy back scheme16 weeks paid parental leaveBirthday leaveWhat will you be doing?This is a part time role (22.5 hours per week) which will be worked from Monday to Friday, 4.5 hours per day.You will be responsible for providing admin support and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Melbourne office.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Greeting and assisting visitors when they arrive at the officeCoordinating facilities management requestsOverseeing the ordering of all catering, office supplies and staff amenitiesManaging fire wardens and first aid officers, including a monthly content check of first aid kitsArranging staff travelSupporting the Admin team with internal and external webinarsHelping to develop and document a best practice guide for office proceduresRequirements1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality or adminProficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint etc.)Effective time management, organisation and prioritising skillsQuick learner, with the ability to learn new software and systemsAs well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviours sit at the core of our organization.
