We take pride in developing cutting-edge, digital first technology solutions that support our clients to achieve financial security and prosperity for their customers.About The RoleReporting to the CEO, based out of our Sydney or Melbourne Office, the Business Development Director APAC leads excellence in the delivery of all aspects of business development across APAC. Responsible for establishing, building and closing new business sales opportunities within the APAC markets, across all product sets. The role is integral to Bravuras overall growth strategy, monitoring marketing trends, assessing client needs, leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth, expand our customer base and strengthen our market proposition.What Youll DoGenerate a pipeline of sales opportunities based on customer, competitor and market insight from the wealth management, workplace and asset management sectorDevelop executive client relationships and work closely with partners to align strategy and deal opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key business leaders and internal teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Client Delivery and ServiceProvide sales reports and analysis to executivesIdentify prospects objectives, budget or commercial expectations are aligned to Bravuras pricingOwn and produce sales proposals with the support of solution architects, lead RFIs, RFP''s and the negotiation process through to contract sign off and handover to delivery and operationsAnalyse market trends, competitor activity and client feedback to inform strategic decisionsRepresent Bravura at industry conferences and events and communicate vision and strategyImplement appropriate reporting and CRM processes for activity and results of sales teamPrepare annual objectives and sales team targets. Perform regular performance reviews, mentor, coach and development of the sales teamUnleash your potentialTo be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:Over 10 years experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record in business development preferably within Software/Information Technology or Financial Services with relevant tertiary qualifications is highly valuedStrong knowledge of financial services registry applications, Australian Wealth and Superannuation market is preferredExpertise of enterprise sales processes with a consultative sales approachAbility to develop compelling solutions for prospective clientsProven track record of driving revenue growth and closing large scale dealsHighly developed communication, written and interpersonal skills, consulting, negotiation and presentation skills to a broad range of internal and external stakeholdersStrong commercial and business acumen and experience with enterprise contracting with significant knowledge of commercial driversA sales leader with a collaborative, supportive and team based approach with proven successful experience leading and managing a sales team to achieve sales objectives and targetsAn executive presence, ability to represent Bravura in various customer and partner interactions, events and conferencesAn ability to understand the ever-changing market as well as customer demand and create compelling propositions that address the demandExperience with sales reporting and analysis with high attention to detail and quality focusedWorking at BravuraOur people are the heart of our business.
