Develop and manage the Service Transition Plan and project metrics.Managing project Schedule & quality, coordinating resources, timelines, and project activitiesMonitoring and reporting project status, coordinating and participating in project reviews and evaluations.Sprint planning, Solution design, Estimation, Impact AssessmentRisk and Issue ManagementStakeholder CommunicationConducting stand-up meetings with required stakeholders including client PMsWorking knowledge on Documentum, IBM software applications like IBM WebSphere and DB2 content management, Cloud migration and IT service management.Experience working on MS Project, Jira, Git, Jenkins, Remedy Action Request System, Service Now, Smartsheet, Regulus, Clear Quest, Quality Center, Slack, Instana, LogDNA, Netcool Omnibus, Bluemix, Documentum etc.Experience using IBM products like WebSphere application services, DB2Liaise with various teams (development, operations, project management) to ensure alignment of service transition objectives.
