As a Project Manager in the Development team, you will develop greenfield utility-scale solar, wind, and storage projects from the site identification phase to the point of hand-over to our construction team. You may also be required to assist in identifying, analysing, and acquiring brownfield projects.Role Objectives:Identify and analyse new project opportunities (greenfield and brownfield);Secure relevant land agreements;Manage the Development Approval process, in coordination with consultants as well as local and state approval bodies, as well as any other necessary approvals (for example, native vegetation, EPBC);Coordinate the Connection Application process to the transmission or distribution network;Develop and manage Neoens relationship with landowners and the wider community;Use project management and contract management skills to manage tasks, deadlines, and priorities;Analyse and minimise project risks;Assess and participate in public and private tenders for the purchase of electricity and other relevant energy services;Provide support to the Procurement team in the construction contract negotiation tendering and negotiation phase;Provide support to the Finance team in achieving financial close and commencement of construction on greenfield and acquired wind, solar, and battery projects;Hand over control of projects to Neoens construction and operations team upon achievement of financial close. #J-18808-Ljbffr
