The primary objectives of the role will involve monitoring the plant within the oilseeds crushing facility, fault finding and trouble-shooting, quality testing, administration, and cleaning. The plant operates on a 24/7 basis including weekend and night shifts required on rotation.About your experienceYou will present with sound experience within the food manufacturing environment combined with a strong mechanical aptitude. A strong team player, with an eagerness to learn and develop your skills into leadership, you are not afraid to get your hands dirty. As a safety-focused individual, you will have experience working to high safety and hygiene standards within the workplace.Minimum Requirements:The ability to maintain basic equipment.An understanding of mechanical equipment.The flexibility to work weekends.In addition to providing proof of working rights, progressed candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical.
