Process Worker ~ Compounding Assistant This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Old Toongabbie Compounding Team on a Permanent basis. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about making a difference and doing something that really matters- is a great team player, flexible, adaptable with a positive attitude. Our site operational hours are from 05:00 am to 01:00 am and there will be multiple shifts available in between those times. The main purpose of this role is to support efficient and accurate production of Baxter Healthcare''s compounded products. Candidates who are looking to start their career in pharmaceuticals are encouraged to apply as full training will be provided, no prior experience is required. Duties & Responsibilities: Picking and preparing raw materials Labelling, inspection and sealing of compounded products Packing of finished units for each order including final inspection of products. Labelling and dispatching of prepared products. Maintaining and housekeeping of work area consumables Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Adhering to Baxters Standard Operating Procedures Other duties as required To be considered you will be able to show the following: Experience in Healthcare, manufacturing or warehousing would be advantageous Demonstrate a good understanding of basic mathematics Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Be able to use computer systems Collaborating effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals in a fast-paced environment Have good attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills Executing repetitive results in a consistent and accurate manner Providing assistance in environments with defined procedures and protocols Adapting to shift work schedules as needed Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Note: Training/orientation will require flexibility for approx. 1 week with shift times ranging between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm The role is internally titled as a Compounding Assistant and is subject to the following: A pre-employment medical including stringent vision screening (GMP requirement), background and reference checks.
