Our game is for everyone, and we strive to be a workplace for everyone.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Senior Events Executive is responsible for the successful delivery of a number of AFL and AFLWs major events consisting of awards nights, corporate hospitality, public events and match day events.The AFL major events calendar includes events such as Toyota AFL Premiership Season Launch, Anzac Day, Dreamtime at the G, Australian Football Hall of Fame, AFL Awards, Charles Brownlow Medal, Toyota AFL Grand Final Parade and Live Site, Footy Festival, Toyota AFL Grand Final events and AFL Draft.The AFLW major events calendar includes such events as the AFLW Season Launch, AFLW Awards, AFLW Grand Final Eve Lunch, NAB AFLW Grand Final events and AFW Draft.The Senior Events Executive will be given a portfolio of events across both the Mens and Womens competitions as well as various other events throughout the year. This portfolio will change and evolve every two years. They will contribute to the development of the creative aspects of the Major Events Program.
