This is a two year fixed term, full time contract for 37.5 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.About the role:The Timbertop Fleet Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all Timbertop fleet and equipment including fleet movements, servicing, and maintenance scheduling. The role is proactive with maintaining strong relationships with our Timbertop staff and service providers and support with vehicle and equipment requirements.Key responsibilities include:Ensuring the day-to-day activities of vehicle movements, maintenance and servicing are scheduled in accordance with the Timbertop ProgrammeManaging the daily checks of all vehicles and trailers, undertaking periodic safety checks, coordinating all servicing and repair activity for all vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance, accreditations and high standards are metMaintaining all vehicle and trailer registrations, compliance, and insurance requirementsCoordinating the vehicles booking system ensuring vehicle numbers and availability support the requirements of the Timbertop ProgrammeOverseeing campus fuel requirements and infrastructure including monitoring fuel supply, usage and any required servicing or repair to fuel infrastructureManaging the Timbertop driver assessment and review process, including driver training, record keeping of licencing, driver levels and other detailsCoordinating and undertaking driver duties including but not limited to Hike pick up/drop offs, community services, ski programmes, truck runs, student trips and other driving duties as requiredProcuring services and managing allocated vehicle budget expenditure targetsDeveloping effective working relationships with key stakeholders, service providers, Timbertop staff external departments and authorities, internal management and various departments of the SchoolOther duties commensurate with the role may be assigned by the School.Geelong Grammar School is committed to the safety of all students and has a zero tolerance of student abuse.Please be aware that applications will be reviewed as they are submitted, and interviews may occur prior to the closing date.Applications close at 10:00am on Monday 10th February 2025.Industry: Procurement, Manufacturing & Transport #J-18808-Ljbffr
