Help us foster satisfaction and service experiences that transform lives of our community.In this role, you''ll:Provide exceptional customer service when assisting staff and passengers with their inquiries; help with luggage and assist passengers with connecting regional services on their journey throughout NSW.Coordinate a broad range of day-to-day station functions including customer service, servicing the staff barracks, general station cleaning and maintenance.Work alongside our train crew and other stakeholders to ensure that all safety standards are met and manage any potential safety risks that may arise and impact staff and passengers.The Customer Attendant position that we have currently available is a permanent part-time role working a minimum of 20 hours per week on a rotating fortnightly roster which includes weekends and public holidays. You may be required to work additional hours at short notice with the potential for overtime.The full-time rate of pay for this position is $1,281.40 per week, including the Industry Allowance. As a part-time employee, you will be paid on a pro-rata basis calculated on your agreed hours of work. In addition, you will also receive shift allowances, superannuation, and annual leave loading benefits on the 5 weeks annual leave.A Talent Pool will be created for current and future temporary and permanent, full-time, and part-time positions at Grafton Station over the next 18-month period.
