Job DescriptionWhat you will do:We currently have casual positions available, located at NRMA Batemans Bay Holiday Resort. The team are the first point of contact in ensuring the highest possible standards and consistency in our accommodation, public areas and amenities for our guests.Assist to clean amenities and public areasTo ensure all laundry and linen requirements are fulfilled, in working alongside the housekeeping teamAssist to service all cabins/rooms as requiredAdvise reception of all cabins and villas on completion of services.Waste removalAssist with the general housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance of resort facilitiesAssist and direct visitors/guests within the resortWhat you will bring:Passionate about everything you do with a drive to be the best you can and contribute to the teamTeam-oriented with a "lead from the front" kind of mentalityGreat problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, supporting your team and guestsPrevious experience in a similar role, with knowledge of processes and methods of a grounds or housekeeping departmentCapability to work in a busy and at times physically demanding positionWhats in it for you?At NRMA Parks & Resorts we arent just about discounts (although you do get these).
