You''ll have the chance to provide exceptional customer experiences while achieving your sales goals.Due to internal promotions, we have 2 opportunities available, to join our high performing Residential Sales Team within our Residential Aged Care portfolio.You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of homes, looking after all their new admissions and ensuring we are achieving high occupancy levels. You will work in a supportive team, and engage with many individuals, both internally and externally daily.You will receive a robust pipeline of enquiries daily, providing you with ample opportunities to engage and sell to individuals and their families. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, their families, social workers and a variety of referrers, responsible for their experience with Catholic Healthcare through to admission.Your exceptional interpersonal skills together with your infectious positive energy, and innate ability to communicate with empathy and influence, will support your success in this integral role.You will be highly organised and be comfortable and confident to have financial conversations and secure the commitment of prospective clients (all training provided).
