Overtime as required OT paid at penalty ratesUniforms and PPE providedThe Opportunity:Coordinate drivers ensuring pre-start checks are carried out and drivers depart the depot on scheduleOperating HR collection vehicles. Side, front lift and Hook truckMaintain a professional image of the company and deliver high quality customer service at all timesPerform loading and unloading duties of waste as requiredComplete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and requiredOperate user friendly computerized systems and other work-related systemsYour skills and experience:Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence as a minimumDemonstrated supervisory experience and leadership/teamwork capabilitiesComputer skills in MS office and operational databases desirableExperience within the waste and/or transport industryWho we are:When you start to think of waste as a resource, it opens up a world of possibilities.
