The position will provide operational oversight for the North Melbourne Hospital, Campbellfield Clinic and Adoption Centre, ensuring continuous improvements and streamlined processes. This position will also focus on developing high-performing teams, promoting professional growth, and delivering exceptional outcomes for patients and their families.About youWith extensive experience in veterinary management across the not-for-profit and private sectors, you bring a proven track record at a senior commercial and operational level, with the ability to lead transformation, drive operational efficiencies, and enhance client and employee experiences while managing costs. Your expertise spans strategic planning, multi-site operations, shelter management, clinical, emergency and critical care, underpinned by strong leadership skills that inspire and develop high-performing teams. Skilled at navigating complex, dynamic environments, you excel in fostering stakeholder relationships and addressing social welfare issues with professionalism. With a strong background in veterinary science, business management, and regulatory compliance, you are tenacious, innovative, and deeply connected with the veterinary community.
