If you thrive on positive energy, we want to meet you!Job DescriptionThe Manager Team Identity Engineering & Operations plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operational and engineering aspects of team identity and access management across the organisation.This role ensures the seamless execution of team member Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes, from provisioning and deprovisioning to privileged access management and compliance. The Manager Team Identity Engineering & Operations works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions while aligning IAM practices with business goals and regulatory standards. In addition to managing IAM systems, the Manager leads a dedicated team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in the IAM domain.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic OversightImplement the IAM strategy aligned with organisational goals.Provide input to and manage operational and engineering IAM policies, standards, and procedures.Provide input to IAM architecture, patterns, and standards to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise goals.Lead the adoption of best practices for identity governance and security, ensuring alignment with industry trends and business needs.Advocate for IAM throughout the business as a critical enabler of business objectives.Partner with Identity Architecture and Enterprise Architecture to align IAM initiatives with broader architectural frameworks.Operational LeadershipManage IAM operations, ensuring seamless provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and privileged access management (PAM).Oversee the IAM Operations team, including offshore staff, ensuring SLA adherence for Level 1 tickets and user requests.Maintain system availability and performance across all IAM platforms.Streamline workflows and monitor KPIs to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address dependencies and align on IAM-related requirements.Risk Management and ComplianceIdentify, assess, and mitigate identity-related risks.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks.Collaborate with audit teams to support internal and external audits.Coordinate with the Senior Manager Cyber Defence to support as required.Team Management and CollaborationLead and mentor IAM professionals, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.Work closely with stakeholders to implement transformational IAM strategies.Act as an initial point of escalation for identity-related issues.Promote cross-functional knowledge sharing.Innovation and Continuous ImprovementStay updated on emerging IAM trends, technologies, and threats.Champion the adoption of modern IAM tools and methodologies.Evaluate and integrate third-party solutions to address evolving organisational needs.QualificationsBachelor''s or Masters degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) in managing Identity and Access Management operations.Demonstrated leadership experience in managing IAM teams.Experience in monitoring and optimising IAM workflows.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements.Hands-on experience with IAM platforms.Good to have: Certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, or ITIL Foundation.The benefits are good too!We offer flexible working in every sense.An exclusive discount card for BWS, Dan Murphys, Woolworths, BIG W and other Endeavour Group brands.Monthly meeting-free days.Your health and wellbeing is your most important asset, and as one of our valued team members, its our first priority.Endeavour Group is full of opportunities - use our dedicated learning and development options to grow yourself and your career.At Endeavour, we value being a workplace where everyones welcome - if you meet a number of the requirements (and not all), we encourage you to apply.Additional InformationWith a portfolio that includes Dan Murphys, BWS, ALH Hotels, Pinnacle Drinks and more, Endeavour Group is big on sociability.
