As the Office Manager, you will take ownership of ensuring that our Sydney CBD office and other Pet Circle locations run smoothly, providing an enjoyable and comfortable environment for our team to thrive. This part-time role (22.8 hours per week spread across 4 days) is tailor-made for someone who loves staying organised, working with great people, and creating a vibe that makes everyone feel right at home.What you''ll be doingOffice Operations: Ensure our offices in Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth are fully stocked with supplies and groceries.Facilities Management: Liaise with building management for repairs and maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Event Coordination: Facilitating in-house events, such as quarterly functions and team gatherings that create a vibrant office culture.Positive Vibes: Take initiative to create a welcoming and inspiring office environment, finding creative ways to foster collaboration and enhance the employee experience.Meeting Room Preparation: Set up meeting rooms with the necessary tech and supplies.Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding processes.Health and Safety: Act as a Fire Warden, First Aid Officer, and WHS Committee member to maintain a safe work environment.General Office Maintenance and Upkeep: Ensure workspaces are clean, tidy, and fully operational.The ideal toolboxExperience in office or facilities management is preferable.A go-getter attitude with a passion for creating an enjoyable and vibrant office environment.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.A proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.Experience with G-Suite is highly desired.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of WHS requirements and practices is a plus.Juicy perksHeaps of development opportunities - stretch projects, focus groups & secondments.Flexible working environment.Up to 50% employee discount.Product sample giveaways.Pawrental leave and well-being leave.Team charity volunteer days.Classpass subsidy.Role locationWe believe that building connections and collaborating as Pet Circlers is super important. This is a part-time position (22.8 hours/week spread across 4 days), spending 3 days/week at our Sydney head office and 1 day/week at our facility in Eastern Creek.
