Assetlink supports businesses to manage their assets and operations in the commercial, retail, aviation, health & aged care, and mining sectors.About the RoleAs Night Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the safety, security, and cleanliness of our sites during night shifts. Reporting to the State Manager, youll manage Site Managers and night teams to deliver exceptional service standards. Youll play a pivotal role in conducting audits, leading training initiatives, and fostering a high-performing team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality cleaning and security services.Leadership: Mentor, train, and develop Site Managers, supervisors, and frontline staff to enhance operational performance and leadership capabilities.Safety Compliance: Proactively identify and address safety hazards, ensuring adherence to WHS standards and fostering a proactive safety culture.Service Delivery: Oversee cleaning and security operations, including waste management, hygiene protocols, and emergency responses.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and implement best practices across sites to elevate service delivery.Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open communication with clients, site teams, and management to align on goals and ensure satisfaction.About YouWere looking for a dedicated professional with:Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a cleaning environment.Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of cleaning, security, waste management, and compliance standards.Safety Focus: Demonstrated understanding of WHS regulations and ability to foster a safety-first culture.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools.Flexibility: Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (10 days on, 4 days off) and adapt to operational needs.Education: Certificate IV in Frontline Management or equivalent qualification.Why Join Us?At Assetlink, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence through innovation, teamwork, and leadership.
