The office offers free car parking and fosters a collaborative, welcoming culture, making the company an enjoyable place to work!What does the role entail?Reporting into the State Manager, you will be working in a hybrid role where some days you will be supporting the business flow and management, scheduling, and administration to the company''s customers and other days you will be assisting with the dispatch of equipment and goods in a safe and secure manner.Your main responsibilities will include:Process customer orders and complete reports on salesMaintain databases and update spreadsheetsProvide articulate and professional written correspondence via email to stakeholders and third partiesAssist with basic finance tasks such as timesheets, purchase orders, petty cash and invoicesCoordinate scheduling of services through scheduling assistant programsAdministration and data entry into CALtrack software and Microsoft ExcelProblem solve and provide solutions to technical problems where possibleAssist with facility management and ensure equipment and stationary is stocked and operating effectivelyPackage and dispatch goods and allocate to relevant departmentsOrder consumables for dispatch and physically check and lift boxes (no more than 10kg)What do we need from you?The successful candidate will require the following:Proven experience working in an administrative position/logistics/warehouse administration in a fast paced environmentIntermediate Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Experience using a scheduling assistant is desirable but not essentialA self-starter with strong organisational skillsStrong written and verbal communicationThe ability to problem solve and create solutionsForklift license is desirable but not essentialEnthusiasm, customer centric and a professional "can-do" attitudePlease apply now if you enjoy a role that is people focused, challenging and where you can take full control. #J-18808-Ljbffr
