Our team in Australia provides innovative and reliable energy storage solutions that help customers reduce energy costs and contribute to a more sustainable future.Job Title: Regional Product Marketing ManagerJob Function: Responsible for market segmentation, product definition, go-to-market strategy, and marketing operations for the regional division.Job Responsibilities:Market Segmentation and Product Definition:Analyze market trends and target user needs with precision.Identify core scenarios for target users to assist in product definition.Product Selling Points Development:Gain deep insights into target audiences and their preferences.Extract and refine key product selling points to resonate with target users.Develop go-to-market strategies aimed at maximizing long-term product performance (sales volume, profitability, and revenue).Implement strategies, including but not limited to product launch plans, portfolio strategies, pricing, and placement strategies, in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.Annual Marketing Strategy and Execution:Plan and manage annual marketing strategies and budgets.Supervise the execution of online and offline campaigns, e-commerce initiatives, channel support, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.Plan, organize, and manage the overall implementation of the product marketing teams tasks and objectives.Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment.External Coordination: Manage relationships with clients and media.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree or higher.Work Experience:At least 5 years of experience in international market/product management.Over 3 years of go-to-market (GTM) experience.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language.
