We have a national presence, and our Melbourne office is currently on the lookout for our next Recruitment Coordinator to work with our Search business, delivering exceptional quality recruitment processes for a range of public and private sector clients.Reporting to a Partner, you will be part of a team, supported by recruitment professionals, as you take on a variety of tasks designed to support the delivery of recruitment assignments. Our assignments are often high-profile, run to tight deadlines, and give us the opportunity to engage with impressive individuals across the sectors in which we work. We have built a reputation for quality over the years, and the Recruitment Coordinator will work with our team to ensure an ongoing high standard of delivery.No two days will look the same in this role, and the more willingness you show to take on additional tasks, the more you will get out of it. Tasks will include:Booking meetings and interviewsReviewing applicationsPhone screening candidatesCompleting telephone reference checksOrdering probity checks and assessmentsLiaising with candidates and clients to keep them informed on processes and request additional informationProcessing invoicesPreparing proposals and other documentsQuality control of documents and reportsAdministration and customer service tasks as requested by the PartnersProvide systems super-user expertise with regards to our CRMTo be successful in this role you will have proven experience working in a fast-paced and high-performing office environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. You are able to effectively project manage processes and people, and are comfortable engaging with stakeholders all the way up to CEO level. You know how to multi-task, prioritise deadlines, and push back on stakeholders with conflicting requests. This role is best suited to someone who wants to grab it with two hands and make it their own.
