We''re seeking someone detail-oriented with experience in business administration who can assist our urban planning team with:Compiling tenders for projects and overseeing contract preparation and monitoring project progress.Managing employment tasks such as hiring, onboarding, training, and leave, in collaboration with our Director.Managing financial data in Xero, preparing financial and business reports, and managing fortnightly payroll and superannuation contributions.Contributing to business promotion and marketing.General administrative support.This is a part-time role, with flexibility regarding days and hours located in Thornbury. While experience in the urban planning field would be great, it is not essential.
