We don''t simply provide a bed and roof; we also offer a unique, amazing experience and a safe environment to help students make the most of their studies.The Role - A Day in the Life of Scapes Salesforce Platform OwnerAs our Salesforce Platform Owner, youll be the go-to expert for everything Salesforce, working closely with teams across Scape to ensure were making the most of our platform. Youll manage our Salesforce roadmap across Sales, Service, and Field Service, champion user adoption, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance digital experiences for our people and customers alike.The ideal candidate has hands-on product owner experience on the Salesforce platform. A background in high-growth companies is preferred. This is an onsite role based at our Sydney HQ office.No two days are the same at Scape, but heres a taste of what your day could look like:Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate business opportunities into Salesforce solutions.Own and drive the Salesforce roadmap across SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, Field Service Lightning, and Agentforce.Lead platform improvements and execute new features with internal teams and external partners.Monitor user adoption, deliver tailored training, and ensure everyone feels empowered to make the most of Salesforce.Oversee system maintenance, security reviews, and regular updates to keep our platform running smoothly.Be the mastermind behind workflows, automation, integrations, and dashboards that supercharge team efficiency.What makes you successfulYoure a tech-savvy strategist with a passion for all things Salesforce.
