Youll be joining an efficient and collaborative 20 person engineering team thats building the platform to solve the worlds toughest healthcare challenges.You will:Be a key architectural voice in designing robust and scalable software.Work closely with cross-functional teams in product, design, marketing, creative, analytics, and operations to build the best telehealth experiences for our patients.Build tools for internal Euc employees including doctors, health coaches and the medical operations team (so we have a very tight feedback loop!)Iteratively build new features, balancing rapid prototyping with stability, security, and modularity.Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing amongst the wider team. Bring your ideas to the table, and help our team run as effectively as possible.About you (Who you are)A problem solver at heart. Youre able to work in a fluid and fast paced environment where you may not always have all the information you need.Ability to ideate on our products. Engineering is able to influence the product direction so were building the right things in the right way.Capable of engaging in considered and productive discourse with others on a regular basis, especially during technical scoping.Adaptable, sometimes requirements change and we need to be able to move with them.Several years in a similar role at other startups, scale-ups or software companies under your belt, using elements of our tech stack.A Fullstack Software Engineer, capable and willing to contribute to both frontend and backend code bases. Ideally a specialist in one.You own what you ship and have been involved in the full product lifecycle.
