Our entire business is oriented around our ability to cost-effectively deliver sales for our customers.Serious company overview aside, at Social Garden we:Enjoy the journey, not just the outcomeFocus on continual growth and learningKnow everyone has their strengths & as a team we play to themFocus on growth and creating life-changing opportunities for our teamWalk the talk on equality and giving backCelebrate the wins (big and small)Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy: Create and execute a monthly social media posting plan for WeChat and Little Red Book, adapting Western content to resonate with Chinese audiences.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with account managers, content producers, and client representatives to align strategies with campaign goals.Engagement with KOLs and Ambassadors: Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and ambassadors to amplify campaign impact.Content Oversight: Guide video content production, including subtitles and translations, leveraging in-house production capabilities.Reporting and Insights: Write recommendations and provide commentary for monthly performance reports using standard social media analytics tools.
