Made up of several specialised teams including commercial, finance, legal and risk, these are the professionals who drive our business performance, while always ensuring weve dotted our I''s and crossed our T''s!About the RoleThe Delivery Manager role is a newly created 12-month fixed-term contract position to act as the central point of the oversight, coordination and timely management of an exciting program within MYOB.Youll be owning the program from the get-go and helping shape MYOB''s future as we continue to expand our Business Management Platform and deliver value to our customers faster.Partnering with our Senior Leadership Team, youll be responsible for the successful delivery of the programs core objectives and work directly with Program Leadership to drive the successful delivery of objectives within the agreed timeframes.What will keep you busy...Successfully lead the delivery of critical workstreams within a transformational change programMaintain the Project Plan, and keep it up to date and accurate with a level of clarity and detail that provides confidence that the project''s progress and path to success is well understoodLead the identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the program, calling out these impediments where appropriate. Where required, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome obstacles to the program''s successRun and lead various program forums in a highly collaborative and productive fashionHandle key vendor relationships, performance, and outputsDrive the application of structured methodologies to promote acceptance of change and integrate desired culture and behavioursBe responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of stakeholder engagement plansOwn the program team, coordinating actions across project activities; coordinating the flow of additional team membersWhat we''d love to see from you...Experience showcasing proficiency as a Program/Delivery Manager or in a Consulting Program Management role with a solid focus on leading successful complex systems and transformation programs. Experience working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholdersOutstanding skills in leadership, time management, facilitation & organisation to drive the programSuccessful experience in dealing with multiple project streams and team members across different locationsExperience with Business Process Improvement & Organisational ChangeHighly developed communication skills to successfully engage with stakeholders, clients, 3rd Party vendors and service providers at all levelsIts a bonus if you have experience leading programs for a Tech transformation or in a billing or payments environmentOur Culture & BenefitsOur values have stood the test of time.
