This is a pivotal role in enhancing our companys culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting leadership and talent development. Your expertise will contribute to retaining top talent and ensuring our teams continuous growth and success.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Head of HR to design and execute HR strategies that support SPGs expansion and long-term objectives.Play a central role in fostering a positive and inclusive company culture, aligned with SPGs core values.Develop and implement retention strategies to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organisation.Partner with managers and leaders to identify leadership development opportunities and deliver impactful programs.Drive staff training initiatives, including designing, coordinating, and evaluating learning and development programs.Support the creation of career progression frameworks to enhance employee satisfaction and growth.Provide expert advice on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.Analyse and report on HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic actions.About YouWere looking for a motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
