They are certified by TGA, HACCP, ISO, and HALAL.Job DescriptionReporting to the COO, this role oversees 15 production lines and manages 44-50 staff, including mostly casuals and approximately 7 team leaders. You will be responsible for achieving >98% DIFOT, maintaining safety, quality, and productivity. This could look like:Staff management - upskilling, rostering, coachingWorking with maintenance to ensure OOEAnalysing production performance dataProviding technical support as requiredDriving a strong safety cultureAdhering to strict GMPThe Successful ApplicantOur ideal candidate will have previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role in a pharmaceutical/TGA-listed medicine production environment.
