The University Health Service situated at the University of Newcastle, Callaghan Campus is looking for GPs who wish to make a difference.The health service offers a team of GPs who work flexible hours, along with a visiting psychiatrist. The patient base includes domestic and international students, their families, and University staff. Current students are bulk-billed, while staff and visitors incur a private fee, which is available on the day of service. The GPs are supported by two practice nurses and a team of administrative staff.We offer flexible working conditions, with variable start and finish times and the option to choose preferred days. The clinic operates from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with after-hours care provided through our deputising service.
