We have experienced rapid growth since our launch in 2022, and are looking for a passionate and creative Product Developer to join our team and help take Xali to new heights.ResponsibilitiesProduct Development:Lead the creation and formulation of new beauty products, ensuring alignment with organic and natural ingredient standards.Research and identify new trends, ingredients, and technologies in the beauty and wellness industry.Collaborate with chemists, formulators, and suppliers to design unique, high-quality products.Compliance and Sustainability:Ensure all products meet regulatory compliance for organic and clean beauty certifications.Uphold sustainability goals by sourcing eco-friendly ingredients and packaging materials.Project Management:Manage product development timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and operations, to ensure seamless product launches.Quality Assurance:Oversee product testing and validation, ensuring safety, effectiveness, and consistency.Address any formulation challenges and make necessary adjustments.Customer Insight Integration:Gather and analyse customer feedback to refine existing products and guide new product development.Develop products that resonate with the needs and preferences of our customers.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2+ years of experience in product development within the beauty or wellness industryStrong knowledge of organic ingredients, formulations, and beauty industry regulations.Ability to project manage high volume of SKUs annuallyPassion and creativity for product designPassion for sustainability and clean beauty initiatives.Excellent project management and communication skills.Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems and innovate.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume, cover letter, and any relevant portfolio or project examples to kasey@xaliorganics.comSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProduct Management and Marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr
