A professional and loving family in Tamborine, QLD are seeking a friendly and experienced nanny to assist with the household and care for their four happy and active children (11 and 7 year old girls, and 7 and 5 year old boys).An ideal nanny will be nurturing and calm natured. A mature nanny with life experience, able to work using her own initiative with minimal instruction and possess the ability to see tasks that will assist the household to run smoothly. Able to work with the childrens routines, have good organisational skills to manage the busy afternoons, and be experienced supporting children to manage afternoon activities, chores, and homework.The role will mostly consist of arriving at the home to complete household tasks, prepare snacks and meals, run errands, pick the children up from school, transport to activities, engage with the children, have a break, and then work on homework and prepare the evening meal.The family is looking for someone who will assist in creating structure, setting clear boundaries, and being a positive influence within the home.Prior experience as a house manager and working with large families would be advantageous for this role.Reliability, excellent communication skills, and professionalism are also valued.
