For the Inside Sales role, Axon is seeking professionals that can work at the tactical level and drive industry adoption through persistence and execution.To be successful as an Inside Sales Rep (ISR) you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top ISR should also be very competitive and a good listener. This role will be competitively remunerated through a mixture of annual salary plus commissions against quota target. Experience in the same is preferred; however, a coachable individual with the right aptitude and attitude will also be considered.Your Day to DayFollow up on all sales inquiries submitted through our online system.Prepare letters, reports, quotes, formal bids, and other miscellaneous information for business development.Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.Understand customers'' needs and identify sales opportunities.Answer potential customers'' questions and send additional information via email.Keep up with product and service information and updates.Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers on Salesforce.Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.Stay informed about competing products and services.Upsell products and services.Research and qualify new leads.Close sales and achieve sales targets.Support the sales team including administrative support.Help organize and execute leadership and product expert colleague visits (predominantly US colleagues requiring customer access).Be available to travel around 25% of the time, including customer visits and company premises.Occasional international travel may be required.Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma.Previous experience in an outbound sales environment or a related commercial position preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.Excellent phone and cold calling skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Strong listening and sales skills.Ability to achieve targets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
