Our state-of-the-art facility in Western Sydney is dedicated to delivering exceptional veterinary services with compassion and expertise.Due to ongoing growth in the business, we are looking for a friendly and organised Full-time Customer Care Representative to join a close-knit team and be a welcoming face to our clients and their pets!ResponsibilitiesFull Time role across a variety of day shifts, evenings and weekendsHandling a high volume of inbound callsWelcoming clients and their pets to the hospitalBooking and managing appointmentsInvoicing and taking payments including cash and EFTPOSProcessing payments on Vetpay and Medipay finance platformsData entry and requesting documents from referring vets and clientsManaging email enquiriesLiaising with referring vetsAbout Your Experience And SkillMinimum 2 years'' experience in a reception/customer service roleAbility to remain calm under pressure, during busy times, emergency situations or while dealing with difficult clientsStrong computer literacy skillsExperience with appointment entries, invoicing, and taking paymentsAbility to manage your time effectivelyAmazing attention to detailFriendly, warm and professional phone manner with the ability to converse with a range of different people with compassion and empathyStrong interpersonal and relationship skillsFlexibility to work a range of shifts and availability during busy peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, school holidays)If you have a genuine love for animals and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you!
