With locations all over Australia, they specialise in Bus, Taxi and non-emergency Patient Transport.About your new jobDue to demand, we are seeking an experienced Scheduler who is confident and experienced working with the HASTUS system. Your duties will include but not be limited to Develop and implement daily timetables and rosters for bus servicesCreate timetables for special events like rail replacements, Easter Show, major sports events, and other ad-hoc requirements.Respond swiftly to schedule changes during emergencies, crises, or unplanned situations.Identify efficiencies and savings in schedules to benefit the organisation.Assist in preparing schedules and scenarios for tender responses and support colleagues in other jurisdictions.Ensure schedules comply with Transport Industry fatigue regulations.Advise management on cost outputs associated with scheduling tasks, demonstrating project management skills.Respond promptly to daily requests from depots and provide necessary information and solutions, including schedule files for ERP systems.Assist and develop staff in the scheduling department to maintain key functions and mitigate personnel risks.About you!Experience in preparation and development of scheduling, timetables and rostersKnowledge of public transport and bus servicesStrong HASTUS Software Package experience will be highly regardedWell-developed communication skills, including interpersonal, verbal and written skillsProblem-solving abilityWhats in it for you?Permanent OpportunityWork From Home flexibilityCompetitive SalarySuitable for some one with Senior experience or for the right person who is looking to take the next step in their career!
