Were honored that many of our clients rely solely on InLife for their essential support needs.Our teams are based in Melbourne, Geelong, and regional Victoria, including Benalla, Wangaratta, Stawell, and Bendigo.To do a great job, youll need:Good judgment and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to our values.Experience supporting people with a physical disability, including manual handling.Experience providing personal care.Great patience and willingness to build rapport with clients.Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.Commitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals (e.g., supporting clients to complete a regular physiotherapy program).Full drivers license and willingness to drive clients'' vehicles.Willingness to work varied shifts, including sleepovers and in-home evening support with home duties required.
