The successful candidate will encourage high standards and should be able to teach and lead a team in a small department both on and off site.This is a full time position to start in September 2024. We are looking for somebody who:Has a clear vision for PE and Games for all age groupsDemonstrates the leadership skills required to take responsibility for PE and Games throughout the schoolCan offer a range of sports for all year groupsIs able to motivate and inspire pupils, parents and staffCan teach up to Year 11Is looking to take an active and central part in the life of the schoolIs enthusiastic and can demonstrate a pupil-centred approachWill lead before/after school practices and fixtures to further develop the subjectAll PE & Games is held off-site at local sports centres. Candidates should hold appropriate teaching/coaching qualifications.
