A loving family in Clovelly are seeking a calm, nurturing, and fun nanny to assist in the care of their two children (6 yr old boy and 3-month-old baby girl).An ideal nanny would be nurturing, calm, active, energetic, and playful, interested in actively engaging with the children in imaginative and sensory play, and exploring indoor and outdoor spaces. The nanny should be able to relate to the different age groups, be empathetic, patient, honest, safe, responsible, flexible, and adaptable.The nanny must be comfortable with at least one or both parents at home and supporting the Mum in helping run the household.Youth baby experience is essential, as well as familiarity and prior experience with both ages.The carers responsibilities for this role will be as follows:To care for the childrenFollow the childrens routinesTake the children to activities or park/playgroundsPlay and engage in age-appropriate activities to assist in the childrens developmentDrop off/pick up the eldest from school when requiredLight household duties: tidying main living areas and surfaces, dishes, childrens toys and play areas, laundry, and light meal prepRun errands (occasionally)Hours are as follows: 3 days approx 15 hours per week2 Half days per week (Between Mon Fri) and 1 weekend morning or afternoonFor example, Monday 12 pm - 6 pm and Thursday 7:30 am 12:30 pm (Flexible)PlusEither a Saturday or Sunday for half a day e.g., 12 pm - 4 pm or 9 am - 1 pmMore hours can be offered occasionally, and longer days in the school holidays if the nanny is available.The familys expectations from their nanny are:3+ years of experience as a nannyHave a current first aid certificateHave a current Working with Childrens CheckDisplay strong communication skills and speak EnglishFit, healthy, and activeFull license and clean driving record (preference for own vehicle though family car can be provided for use)Job Reference: LLC212Please quote job reference in the comments section of the application form. #J-18808-Ljbffr
